“It was clean, quiet, and great for relaxing, spending the night with lots of driving, and breakfast was great!
Pretty typical for a Hampton: lots of parking, free breakfast, comfortable beds, clean showers.
No more little bottles of shampoo and bars of soap to "take" but the dispenser was more than adequate and smelled good too.
I had a sugar crash, so had to raid the front desk shoppe for an emergency snack. Wasn't cheap but did the job. Only if they had a Whatchamacallit or a Clark bar, but the Hershey's was sufficient. A couple of Cokes also helped. A nice front desk lady was there in the middle of the night to help me pay for the emergency goodies. Thanks!”

“Probably one of the better locations I stayed at everything was very nice, breakfast could have been better bacon wasn't exactly cooked right, instead of a slice it was like a brick, more variety would be nice”

“We loved our stay here! The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were quiet and clean. The location was very close to the highway, but there was minimal road noise. The rooms were situated where they didn’t face the highway. We will be staying again on our next trip!”

“Rooms always clean, beds super comfy, The whole staff is literally THE best ever! Breakfast was perfect (although I was working 3rd shift each time I visited so it was dinner for me) and on that note, I never had a hard time sleeping during the day. It was always so quiet and perfect. I kept the door hanger sign on my door and was never woke up my housekeeping, instead Christina messaged me asking if there was anything I needed and everything was on my time and according to my schedule. The most accommodating stay ive ever had. Thanks guys!”
“The hotel was great aside a problem in the morning the hot water was out in the entire hotel. So cold shower. The cool part I liked is they had a hot cocoa corner. The breakfast in morning was good.”
“Room was adequate, and clean. Breakfast was good, Victoria the attendant, was friendly and helpful, not the norm in the North. Spent 3 days here so got to taste several breakfasts, eggs were average hotel fare but the service made up by being above average.”
“This Best Western in Joliet is truly my home away from home. What sets this location part is the incredible staff; they remember me every time I visit, which makes me feel genuinely valued among the thousands of guests they host. As a Best Western Rewards Platinum member, I love earning points toward free nights, but it's the personal recognition and professional service that keep me coming back. The rooms are always immaculate and inviting, and the included breakfast is the perfect start to my day. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.”

“We were on I-80 looking for a place to stay for the night. We called several places and found the rates to be way out of reasonable range.
Then came the Motel 6 in joliet. The price was $58 plus taxes. We weren't expecting much so when we got to the room we were beyond pleased. The room and bathroom were spotless. The bed comfortable. The Wi-Fi free. The front desk staff friendly and superb.
I had some trouble conecting my phone to the Wi-Fi. Saul stopped what he was doing and got me set up in about one minute”
“Had a really good experience here. The service was smooth, the staff were professional, and the overall atmosphere was great. Special thanks to Sidhart for the helpful service as well!”

“Surprised at how thin the walls are. Also, whoever has the 1st floor room that opens to the outside interior U shape; they were loud when the grill was going. Heard clear conversations from 3rd floor closed window & then they bought a kiddie pool.?”
“This hotel was a great step up from another location in Joliet when I was passing through on a road trip. There is a $25 pet fee for my cat (may be higher for dogs) and it seemed easy enough to pay for at check-in. The room was comfortable (for me and my cat) and while there were gaps between the box spring the bed frame, I don't judge the hotel for it given that they aren't explicitly pet-friendly/designed with pets in mind. Check-in went smoothly though seemed a bit terse which is why there isn't a full 5-stars here, but otherwise, the hotel was what I needed and I had great parking for my truck and trailer.”
“The staff I encountered was very nice and personable. Rooms were clean, hallway was kept free of clutter. Breakfast was a bit lacking but it was free aka included with your stay.”

“Very kind staff and management, always making sure to be attentive to one’s needs. I recommend this hotel to anyone look for a nice and affordable place to stay in Joliet.”
“This is a great hotel. Comfortable & quiet. (You don’t hear the AC unit all night like you do at cheaper hotels) No complaints. The pictures of breakfast that have been posted are a little misleading, so I took a video of the breakfast bar. It’s typical fare, eggs, biscuits and gravy, toast, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, coffee etc.”
