Went here late afternoon with a friend, waiter very nice, ordered our food, shrimp basket/with onion rings. My friend ordered soup and salad and then the shrimp basket, they never brought the salad or soup pit first. They brought her whole order at once. Not right. Sooo, I had an onion ring, delicious, then bit into my shrimp and I almost puked. ?. A long hair stuck in the breading. Horrible. So the manager came out (Kelly) and said oh sorry. Would you like something else. Ah, no. I’m disgusted now. So, that’s why I’m giving them1 star, and I won’t be back. ? ??

I received great and timely service from my tax expert. Their system perhaps glitched as my bank information wasn't saved and I had to come back in for that. Also, the front desk attendant charged me someone else's tax prep. So I had to come back in again for that as well and pay the difference of my charge. Little weird mistakes but this location definitely seemed a little overwhelmed or perhaps understaffed. I will likely be back to use them as the tax prep cost was fairly cheap compared to other places.

I been going there for the last couple years. They're great! I use Janet & she is very knowledgeable that is why I keep coming coming back. Very friendly & answers any questions you might have. Just all around excellent customer service!
