I was 45min late, no problem. 2 hours in and out, no lumber fee. Young lady at the office is very nice and cute, guard-shack lady with attitude and fake Gucci hat, no comment... Over all not bad 4*

Guess I was lucky. No one rude but by strict appointment only. Arrive 30 minutes before and that it. My appointment was at 9 pm . Girl at desk told me I couldn’t check in until 8:30 . When I came back in at 8:30 the sign said out to lunch from 8:10 - 8:50.Then they was late coming back. They could have at least told me not to come in until my appointment time at 9 pm. And if the girl at the front desk has to smile I believe her face would have cracked. Not rude. Just very stern, direct, and unfriendly for sure.

Slow people. Employees sit around in office in no hurry to get you back on the road. Guard is great its the shipping office that needs to step it up.

Shipping door is all the way at the end of the building park across from it to check in. The yard dog is not ppl friendly

I arrived 1 hr early security and office staff were pleasant..was placed on a door immediately. It took 1 1/2 to load me. Not a bad place at all.

Rude security guard. Lady is Yelling and you have to make sure to bring your own pan because they not going to barrow. Drop and hook took 1h+.

Ok so like most people I normally only leave a review if I’m unhappy but not today. This place has so many bad reviews I needed to put a good one up. Check in at gate was a little stressful because the tiny black girl was to busy talking to her boyfriend on speakerphone to do her job so it took about twice as long as it should have but still not that long. Check in at door one was fine and for the pervy old men the check in girl was a little mopy and heavy tatted but had a nice large set of fun pillows so be nice. As for the unloading, faster than most. I had a 1900 appt checked in at 1845 unloaded 2110. No complaints what so ever.
