Arrived 11:15 for noon pick up. Shipping gals struggled as to making me wait till noon for checking in or assigning me a dock .. one gal decided to put me in dock since it was approaching lunch break. It’s my lucky day 🍀

2nd time here same result. Arrived hour before appt time only truck here and still had to wait until exactly appt time. Then takes 4+hrs to load. Like most whse's fueled by lazy people and managed by even lazier. Sad that nobody higher up doesn't care enough or have enough pride to run a respectable business and insist their employees have even the slightest work ethic to do their job in a timely matter. Instead they sit around on their phones and make drivers wait.

Just leaving this location. I got here at 10:30 AM. My appointment was at 11 AM now it’s 12:15 PM in and out hour and a half. I know I saw some bad reviews but I can only speak for myself and this location is not that bad.

Old guys security guard kind of rude. My appointment was at10 got there 9:30am. But they won’t check me I. Because it’s not 10am. I’m not against women but should be working in trucking industry.they all were sitting using there phone then I went there and all three asking each other should we check him in or not.bunch lazy people. Only 2star because of restroom

For Amazon drivers, they order empty trailers but don’t take them, not allowed to stay at the property, rude guard staff

6pm appointment, I checked in 15 minutes to my appointment and then the waiting begun and it went on to 10pm , I left the facility almost 11 , no overnight parking , ensure you have enough HOS incase you might need to get to truck stop otherwise they don't value driver's time and schedule .
