Alicia Thrift Is the Greatest Person in that warehouse. She went over n Above for me tracked down my outdoor furniture. When customer service could care less. So nice Macys still has responsible employees.

Worst HR I've ever had the chance to deal, this Macy's had told me I had a job for 3 weeks got background check done all tests done but no one will answer any questions I have and no one will tell me anything and just got hung up on by them as well

I would give 0 stars if I could. Did not contact me ahead of time to say only half of my Macys couch would be delivered. Said they would call back in 24 hours about the other piece. It's been 12 days, they aren't even giving any information to Macys customer service who I've called 3x now. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND OPERATION. oh and they charged me for the piece that wasnt delivered.
