Dr. Grabowski is the best!! She is so good with my babies and truly takes the time to explain everything going on wit them (including the science behind it) which i love. You never feel rushed during an appointment with her. she makes us feel so at ease every time we go in there. The staff is friendly and helpful and we all know veterinary treatment is expensive but they are definitely one of the most reasonably priced vets I’ve been to. Can’t say enough good things.

I took my 8 month old German shepherd puppy to this vet. 1st of all they were all scared of the dog. They wouldn't cut her nails, barely did anything and my bill was almost $300. I had to go to a different vet to finish my visit for shots, and I dremmeled her nails myself. They wanted me to drug her and come back another day. As a retired animal control officer I have delt with many fearful and aggressive dogs, and these people acted like they have never seen a fearful dog or, in my case, a fearful puppy. They need to find a different profession. I did her nails myself and then paid a 2nd vet bill where they took her in the back away from me, which makes her not hide by me or try and protect me. She got everything done, no drugs. Plus, her weight was off by 25lbs and since shots and meds go by weight, that was disturbing. I won't go back for multiple reasons and I'm sure they are happy since they are scared of dogs.

Was a customer for 15+ years and 4 animals. Loved the place until they changed their front office staff and/or polices. What changed our minds is when they canceled two back to back appointments on us. One for not answering a phone call to confirm our appointment and one for being 10-15 minutes late with no other customers in the office.I guess after 25 years being open you can start shedding your long term customers.I have added to my original response as you can see from Minooka Animal Hospitals response there was no attempt in trying to understand why we are so upset with our two cancellations. Instead they have decided to make inaccurate accusations and only focus on one little tidbit of the situation.The unfortunate part is this all could have been avoided if the management and team would of spent a few extra moments in practicing good customer service to fully understand why were were so frustrated. Instead were met with hostility in which we had no choice but to terminate our relationship with Minooka Animal Hospital.

I have a senior dog that has been a patient with Minooka Animal Hospital for the past 14 years. Dr. Tourville and Dr. Simon have always been so patient with me and nurturing to my furry friend. As he is aging and life is getting more challenging for him, they are providing me with the comfort and emotional support that we both require to adapt to his changing needs.

The most caring group of people you will ever have interactions with. I love Dr. Therese Simon—so empathic, patient and knowledgeable. She takes all the time you need with her and answers all of your questions and concerns. Takes time with your pet and does not rush to make all feel comfortable. Evaluations and tests are done in the examining rooms. I have been seeing her and her staff for over 7years—I have a reactive dog and they make sure the waiting room is clear before and after I arrive to make my dog comfortable in the setting. I drive over 30 minutes to go to her hospital. The online pharmacy is also super convenient. Pricing is in the ball park. A++++

Glad I came here with my old lady, Sunshine. The Doc I saw was wonderful and her experience and knowledge is apparent. The lovely ladies at the front desk were polite and welcoming. Thank you Minooka I know where the rest of my kitties will come.

We had to put our wonderful corgi half pit to sleep there . And this was his only vet he had as a puppy . The service was grate all 16 years of my wonderful friend.. best care I've seen and I use to work at a Crest Hills animal hospital and it couldn't compare to Monooka animal hospital.. Every single person we interacted with was absolutely incredible. The whole staff was friendly, kind, and made sure we understood everything that was happening and made us feel so at ease! I’m new to the area and the service and staff made the decision to make this our new vet an insanely easy one! We can’t recommend Minooka Animal Hospital enough!

I have a 115lb German Shepherd that came in for care and is very skidish and I didn't know how he was going to respond to treatment. The team at Minooka Hospital did a fabulous job handling him and taking care of him. Great Service!

The office staff was very friendly! The doctor took her time and very helpful with my Izzy. She was thorough and did not rush through our exam.
