Great place and knowledgeable people. I was working on repairing a Mitsubishi turbocharger off a BMW X3 2.0. The original turbo failed the thrust bearing and rebuilding it didn't make financial sense. R&S got me a Melett cartridge. Everything went smoothly with the transaction, cartridge install, and vehicle repair. Russ and Rick are very knowledgeable. Thank you, R&S.

2.5 hrs from home when the turbo on my isx 15 went out. Ordered a new turbo through these guys but FedEx didn't come through so would have been stranded another day. These guys went above and beyond to Band-Aid my old turbo and get me home. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. Definitely will be a return customer.

Stated that there is a 12month warranty on rebuilt turbos, blew up after 5k miles and 10 months. Won't stand behind it and states its my fault. Completely destroyed engine and they won't even stand behind turbo. Do not reccomend at all unless you like getting given the runaround and lied to.
