Attempted to get a no chip mani and pedi. Asked if there was a wait told not too long. Told to pick a color. Arrived at 3p…..sat for 45 mins with not one word. There were 4 employees there and only 3 had customers. At 3:40p the worker with no clients walked up looked around then disappeared. There was one person who was finished waiting while the worker was cleaning the pedi bowl. The other two workers were doing nails.
At 3:45p I walked out. No one said a word. Had they told me it was going to be over an hour wait I could have made my decision when I walked in. Before someone says well maybe the guy who had no one could not do what I asked for- he was who I had last time at this place. I thought my services were good so I decided to return.
Never again. Communication is a good thing.

I can’t believe I paid and gave a tip for this. Highly disappointed. First time here and my last. I could have done a better job at home. Do better Venus Nail Salon it’s YOUR JOB!

I booked the venus spa pedicure and absolutely loved every minute of it! The woman doing my pedicure, Helen, was amazing and so sweet. I have found my new favorite salon. They may be slightly more expensive than other salons, but the services they provide are worth every penny!

I asked for French and the man did a horrible job when I checked out the girl agreed and had her mom re do them.
If this is the only place to go to only have the owner I believe is the lady do your nails

I had a very lovely experience here today. Super cute no chip pedicure and original and unique nail design. Very friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Will definitely return for great service:)

I had a nice experience at this salon. I made an appointment with Chloe, and she nailed it! I love how my nails came out. I'll be sure to come back with her next time. Definitely do recommend 👌🏽

Called and made appointments for myself and my boyfriends 2 daughters. Even though we had an appointment, we had to wait 20 minutes. The nail tech kept giving one one of his daughters dirty looks as she was talking with me while he was finishing my nails. It’s the worst dip manicure I’ve ever had. I left with hangnails that I didn’t have when I walked in, my fingers were sore with how they took the previous dip off, the coloring on my nails isn’t even. Will never be going back.

Cleanliness: Always clean. I havecone in at 10am and few times and they are finishing up the cleaning routine. So very nice and efficient.

First time there, waited 37 minutes before I just left. All the reviews about making an appointment and then still having to wait a crazy long time are true. Good business practice would be to keep your books solid and make enough time for a couple of walk ins. People who walk in KNOW what they’re in for. People who make appointments value their time. Be up front with wait times, I’ve gotten faster and better service at Waffle House lmao

Again here I am made appointment at 130 most likely not going to get service till 2 my time is valuable and this is second time I've delt with timing issues. Why make an appointment? 5/23/24 okay I show up for pedicure at 10:55 set down to wait 2 woman come in announce they have appointments and behold they get taken back before me at 11:15 which I did in my previous encounter. So if you have time to waste go for it.
