Whereas before I received comments of “normal dog anatomy” or here are some anti-inflammatories at my previous vet, here I received actual answers the first day we went and a plan to move forward in a way that worked best for my dog and not for a symptom. I cannot recommend enough. They also answered my call the first time and didn’t immediately put me on hold which became a regular thing at my previous vet office. Dr. Z was so knowledgeable and confident in her information she was relaying to me and it gave me so much assurance in what was actually going on with my dog. Thank you guys for caring!”

“I've been going here since 2023 and the staff have been always very kind and helpful. They have great pricing on medication, preventatives, vaccines, and routine check ups. Better than most around the Joliet/Plainfield area when I was doing my research when my wife and I moved by Crest Hill. My dog is a senior dog so I often come in with a ton of questions. The nurses and vets keep a very detailed record of her history so I'll be sure not to miss anything. They always follow up the next day if my dog is not feeling well and are always careful with her. “We were referred to them by a friend since we were unhappy with our past vet and we have had a wonderful experience so far. From the first visit my dogs seemed calmer and happier which is very important to us. These dogs are our family and we want the best for them. We just had our precious dogs spaded and the team was very gentle with them and informative during the procedure as well as after. They called the day after to see how they were doing which I appreciated. I will never go anywhere else and highly recommend them!!”
“Dr. Rowland and staff have been very knowledgeable, caring, and helpful with our new kitten. We were provided with a clear schedule for vaccines, Doc took time to answer all of our questions (never felt rushed), and our kitten was thoroughly examined. Prices are reasonable and all costs were provided clearly, with no hidden charges. I have recommended Doc and staff to everyone I know. The secretaries and techs are just as helpful with paperwork, detailed scheduling of appointments, and nail trims!”

In almost two years since switching everyone to this vet, we've been able to make sure our whole family is cared for. We've dealt with surgery, meds, vaccines.
