Terrible business that doesn’t take accountability for their work. It’s ironic that they have “integrity” in their name. They almost killed my husband by incorrectly putting in parts that they replaced. When we called, because the part was still within warranty, they said their guys do NOT make any mistakes and in no way is this their fault. They couldn’t even give an apology. The manager was very rude, raising his voice at me, while I stayed calm. The owner took over, but still didn’t apologize and took zero accountability. They blamed it on the part itself and gave us the number for the warranty company, saying it was the manufacture’s fault. The warranty company said it was the mechanic’s (integrity automotive’s) fault. When inspected by another mechanic, he too said it was integrity auto’s fault. I would never go here or recommend them to anyone. Luckily this happened in our driveway and not when my husband was out driving.

I went in for an alignment, was advised I needed a more extensive repair. I took their advice and had them replace the needed parts. I ended up having a catastrophic incident that required thousands of dollars in damage and necessary repair. Multiple mechanics and automotive professionals diagnosed the root cause very easily and it came back to faulty work done be integrity automotive. The name says it all. INTEGRITY!Knowledgeable and very helpful. Ran diagnoses on my daughters car. Only charged half the price and went way above and beyond what they had to in informing us about a recent class action lawsuit with the car and educated us about what we should do next and key points to bring up when advocating for our selves when contacting Ford. Also printed out articles for us regarding the recall. They could have very easily done work to fix the problems and never mention the recall or that Ford should be fixing this problem.
