I was worried where to send my Marbles for a week stay while we went away. I called Alfies and spoke with Rose and she set my mind at ease. We did the meet and greet and a day of complementary daycare for choosing them to board her at and she loved it!! We just picked her up on Saturday and she was well taken care of for sure!! Rose and her staff are amazing kind people and I will definitely be sending Marbles back!! Thank you for taking care of my baby!

Because the owner is fantastic and so are the employees there. I was very skeptical where to bring my 4 dogs they live in a safe loving environment and they get along fantastic. I was advised to go there by someone I know and I went in and they made you feel right at home. They took great care of my dogs. And I went there multiple days in a row while they did construction on my home. If you have to board your dog somewhere whether you’re going on vacation or maybe it’s your work I assure you this is a great place to take them. Like most people, I would do anything for my dogs and letting them out of my chair with someone I don’t know it was not easy. I will from here on out as long as they are in business. Drop my dogs there whenever I need to go out of town or any other reason, they are a great organization.

They are so good with my chihuahua, and I love that they try to mimic their normal eating and sleeping routine. We did a few shorter days to get her used to it before my trip, and each time she settled in more and made friends. They let her sleep in bed with them when she overnighted, and I think she forgot who I was when I came to get her - she seemed to enjoy it!

If you want your dog to get sick bring 'em here. They will also treat you like complete crap when you tell them your vet said your dogs illness came from the boarder.

Would not take our dog anywhere else. Rose and her staff are excellent, caring, and accommodating. Our dog always has a great time here, is completely wiped out when we pick him up (which results in long naps!), and is excited every time we bring him back!

We have been boarding our 2 dogs at Alfies for over 4 years. Our dogs always get very excited when we mention we’re going to Alfies! We are a traveling family, 2 kids in out-of-state college, so we appreciate this service!

Would not recommend taking your dog here. You're dog will come home and look like they haven't eaten once since you left them. Not to mention a friend of mine had an interaction and her dog caught a pneumonia and none of the other dog owners were notified which puts all those animals at risk of death. if you care about your pup... go else where

Absolutely HORRENDOUS boarding kennel. This is a paycheck and ONLY a paycheck. Neither the owner or employees give good care to boarding animals. Animals often leave sick, desperate for water and malnutrition. Please, for the love of your animal, AVOID AT ALL COST. I encourage owners to file police/animal control reports for abuse/neglect, sue in a court of law for medical fees and report to the department of agriculture and the better business bureau! Shut them DOWN!!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I’ve posted on facebook but knew it was important to put on google as well. I can say first hand that Rose is deceitful and would NOT recommend Alfie’s to anybody. When I first got my pit bulls as puppies, I took them there for daycare pretty frequently. The last few times I went to pick them up I noticed they were separated from each other and in rooms with no other dogs. I contacted Rose via email and didn’t hear back. After 2 weeks and multiple emails later, she responded back basically blaming my puppies for being “too hyper”. I could not believe how unprofessional and discriminative the response was. Not once was this issue ever addressed to me or even mentioned. Instead they were thrown into a room and waited for me to pick them up. To see more people coming forward about this terrible business is truly disappointing. I hope to see this establishment shut down.

I wanted to give this place a chance. Owner seems nice enough and so does staff, but both times I left my dog there for day he came home extremely thirsty, gulping down 2 full bowls of water when ge got home. Second time I left him there, I should have known better because when I showed up he did not want to go in. He kept trying to head for door. I should have trusted my gut, because he developed diarrhea and vomiting a day or 2 later. I took him to vet, they suggested he could have picked a virus there. Has all his shots as is required and I assume all the other dogs did too. The place has a foul odor and seems unsanitary. Will not be back.

Multiple times our dog would come home sick after visiting alfies. We figured he enjoyed daycare and would send him back, as the diarrhea was a nuisance, but manageable. The final straw was when an employee allowed the fire door to slam upon our dogs leg. I was informed it was the dogs fault for turning around, and not the employees fault for neglecting to close the door properly. There was no offer to pay for the medical bills, as the wound cut deep enough to see connective tissue. We were lucky it was his leg, and not his neck or head they allowed to be injured. Your dog is better off with a sitter, or simply staying at home. Do not send your pets to Alfies

For the health of your dog please please please do not allow your dogs in this establishment. They hide the fact they have a highly contagious outbreak in this establishment and will not take accountability! A pup almost died in their care!
