I have joined many gyms throughout my life. I always ended up quitting because I felt ‘lost’ with little to no guidance or they felt too intensive and militant. Apogee is the perfect fit! Apogee offers classes for all levels with optional exercise modifications for any adjustments you might need. Dan and the other instructors are so kind and supportive. The members are very welcoming and encouraging. Apogee has changed my life for the better and I’m grateful to be a part of it. My only problem is now I have to buy new clothes because of the weight I’ve lost and muscle I’ve gained. Thanks Apogee!!

Great class environment while getting individual attention and high energy is what I love about Apogee. Members encourage and care about one another. The focus is on you and your personal goals, even the challenges are about lifting each other up. It’s a win win!

It’s a great, quick class/workout. You can also tailor it to whatever you need/want. Dan is extremely knowledgeable and is always so helpful. Everyone that works out there is friendly and encouraging.

I have been coming to Apogee since sometime in 2020! Always enjoy coming into these classes with a very friendly yet motivational manner. I’ve also had the pleasure of knowing Dan for that same amount of time. I recommend this place to anyone at any fitness level to give this a shot. I’ve never had a bad experience.

Trainers are excellent and people in class are friendly. It’s a great place to learn different workout routines for beginner. It’s a great place for those who’ve been working out for years but need something to keep them motivated.

I love being in small group classes that allow for some independence. I think the description for Apogee is 100% accurate - these are small group classes for every 'body' - and the training is 100% modifiable depending on the intensity you prefer. Also...friendly, clean. laid-back, and no goofy music.

I've been to many fitness centers in the area, and this is the best facility. Classe are offered several times a day, 6 days a week. Great and reliable instructors, ready to modify the workout if necessary. It is a very clean and friendly environment. I'm glad to be part of this family!

Best gym ever! So much motivation and encouragement. It feel like having a personal trainer. The classes aren't to big, so you really get to know others. Everyone is incredibly supportive of each other. Plus the workouts are great! Each day varies, so you know you're working on everything. It is never boring and it's tough! Check it out.

I found Apogee on a Google search and glad I did. I love that you can try out the classes (3 days for $3), really gives you a sense of what you are in for. After my trial, I become a member and not because I was hounded or given a sales pitch, but because it’s a great work out. The sessions are challenging, but anyone at any fitness level can do it! The coaches are super helpful and encouraging, giving you any support, you need.

Whether you are new to working out, or have been doing it for years, look no further than Apogee Fitness.The coaches at Apogee Fitness are great at teaching techniques that allow you maximize your workout, without straining or injuring yourself. I love that they will give you multiple options, so you are working out the targeted muscle, but in the way that is most comfortable for you. This has definitely improved my results.I highly recommend Apogee to everyone. Try the 3 classes for $3 deal, you will not regret it.Never Peak!

Apogee - wow! I’m a competitor, I thrive on competition - extrinsic or intrinsic. I needed and wanted a gym that pushed me - A LOT! I don’t need to be told good job when I’m going 80%. I have high expectations of myself and I want people to have high expectations of me- in all aspects of my life. I needed to find trainers that were knowledgeable, educated, pushed me, recognized where I was at and motivated me to push myself to be the best me. And I found exactly that. Apogee helped me rediscover “My Why” - it changed my mindset. I am, strength wise, back in the best place I have been in awhile. Dan and Garrett are there for clients 100% - mentally, emotionally and physically. They know what they are doing! Dan’s programming is amazing, Garrett has you covered nutrition wise, and both of them are the real deal when it comes to everything training. They push you to be your best you. I’ve been at Apogee for almost 6 months - I know that I am moving in the right direction because of them. I love the way I feel and I love my increased endurance. Dan and Garrett are doing their job; the rest is up to me. Thanks guys, for being who you are and caring about all aspects of your clients’ wellness! If you aren’t at Apogee - you’re missing out! Apogee is such a fantastic workout! I get so much out of the 45 minute workout and find myself getting stronger everyday! I love the workouts and cannot wait to continue the classes. Dan is very encouraging and always helping us throughout the class!
