I had a last minute tire repair needed last Friday, when everyone was out for Black Friday specials. I walked in to the Crestwood store without an appt and was welcomed and taken great care of by John Perry and Jason Hall. This was a no cost service, but they made feel just as appreciated as if I was buying 4 new tires. Will definitely be back when I need tires and will refer others.

I’ve used Belle for 5 tires snd was only blown away by their service. However this time. I was told my tire was shot snd at risk for blowout; so I’d need 2 tires. Brought it to the car dealer next day, they put it back on, inspected and said nothing was wrong with it. Didn’t think shops still did this kind of thing in the age of the internet. Lost a belle tire fan.

We have been here twice since we relocated to Frankfort, IL for service, from new tires for multiple work vehicles, tire rotation, tire alignment and our most recent visit for a tire going flat due to a screw.. Belle Tire has been great for our needs. The staff has been professional and has been consistent with expedited service. In our last stop they stated the tire repair would be done within 30 min and we received the call exactly as stated or even sooner. Their reliability is truly appreciated in our line our work. Thanks again Belle Tire and staff!

Second time going into the Mokena location. Both time have been an easy and fast, no hassle experience. Definitely will recommend and return for more services.

Specifically applies to the Mokena Location. I had gotten new tires back in November and the two back ones wore unevenly due to an alignment issue and something not being tight enough. One the place I took it for an oil change wouldn’t even let me drive off with it on cuz it was going to blow. Went to the mokena location after asking if they honor warranties even if my original purchase was at a different location and they said yes so I went in. After explaining the issue the worker told me that new could only realign it and I need to go to the other location 50 minutes away to see if they will give me a new tire. Went to the Naperville location on 59 and had no issues there and they also told me that the other location has to honor it and give you a new tire. Don’t go to this location. Awful dishonest service!

Was going to discount tire for over 18 years
Switched to Belle Tire. No appointment and done within an hour. When I need a new set of tires for either of my cars, will definitely use them. Highly recommend

Made an appointment for a brake fluid flush after my pedal started feeling softer than normal. Great customer service. Finished the car in a timely manner and with care. Happy with the work. Car feels great again. No issues here. Would recommend. Will update if needed.

If I was able to give 0 stars I would. Turns out the tires that were on sale were not my size. Additionally, my air suspension mysteriously failed on the ride homer. Their guidance was for me to take to the dealer and get it recalibrated. 1700 $ later, lesson learned. Stay away from these jokers.

As a long time Discount Tire customer, I thought I would give Bella a try. Discount Tire always asks you to buy the tire protection package which I respectfully decline. Belle did not ask. They added this to my bill without my permission. This won't happen again. It's back to Discount Tire for me and the rest of my family.

I am from Arizona visiting. I went into Belle Tire in Mokena, il. on LaGrange Rd. with a over heated engine finding it to be the radiator fans not operating. Nick, Mike and AJ were very courteous, and concerned about my problem. I entered their place at 4;25 pm cst and by 7:30 pm cst i was taken care of. Except on my way to Arizona the car overheated again. I had a mechanic at home look at the problem and found that the fan was not installed correctly and that the problem was other than the fan motor. I contacted Nick and to no avail. still waiting for a promised refund.

Will be coming back here for everything in the future and recommending to everyone! Great customer service from Nick and Adrian, clean waiting area, I was out within an hour, and couldn’t be happier with my experience.

This place wasted my time because brought a 2020 old corvette in to get stock wheels put on. They took car in garage and filled out all computer paperwork. They even got it on the track unloaded everything. and it was dead so thought it would be quick. As we go to leave the store manager all of a sudden decided they don't want to do it bc they are afraid they will scratch the wheels. Had to come back in and reload my wheels and get it all back. Wasted over an hour of our time and they also were higher priced than discount tire. Complete and utter waste of our time. Want to know why they are slow bc they have people who are incompetent and can't put tires on with stock wheels without causing damage. stays too make me wonder how much damage they do on regular cars with stock wheels or are they just not concerned with scratching any other car than corvette. And the only way they would have done it is wirth permission to possibly scratch rims. at least discount tire will get it done same day. If you have a half way decent car or expensive car do Not bring your car and waste your time or money. Discount tires is the way to go. And half the price. Now I know why they are always dead with no buisness.

I had a great experience buying tires and getting an alignment last year. I’m satisfied enough to be coming back for another alignment. Update: their warranty comes in handy. I’ve had to have my car aligned three times. They also did a brake job! When I started having trouble with my brakes they have been on top of it pulling out all the stops to satisfy me . Adrian and Nicholas have been wonderful to work with. I think I found my preferred auto shop finally!

Have visited the Mokena location many times for tire purchase, tire rotation and oil changes. Always a great experience, friendly staff, and never a long wait. I walked in today with no appointment for an oil change, and was taken care of immediately, only waited about 20-25 minutes and was out the door. Great service by Nick Gibes. Thanks again.
