Jim couldn't close on the sale of my town house not just 1 time but 3 times. Then when I found a realtor to get things done I was not only harassed by a unprofessional Jim about why I didn't pick him to sell my house but also harassed by the team KROLL BROTHER'S in retaliation.

Wow! We are completely blown away when it comes to our experience with Tony “Z” Kroll who’s associated with this agency. Tony made himself available to us at all hours of the day and night, offered reassurance and guidance, and we accepted an excellent offer after only one day on the market. The legal team that Tony put us in touch with was efficient and being able to pre-sign rather than take off work was so convenient. Get in touch with Tony if you want top dollar for your property. His expertise was worth every penny to us.

Tony Z was amazing! We tried to sell our house for sale by owner and it was on the market for 35 days with no offers. We asked if the pros (Tony Z) can finally help us… and it sold it one day! It was effortless and so easy. Tony is there for you every step of the way and makes you feel so comfortable. If you’re thinking of selling and doing for sale by owner…. Don’t do it. Had an appointment with agent Jason Enguita for a house showing at 5:00 pm. He did not show up for our appointment and did not call or text either. Incredibly unprofessional. My husband left work early for this appointment and he wasted our time. Would not do business with him.

Rude and unprofessional agents! I asked if they have any house available to rent for a party. Instead of saying yes we do or no we do not, they proceeded asking me questions about the party. I explained it's a birthday party and the agent though it's a good time to be rude and sarcastically said "have you looked at the restaurants?" Other agents loudly laughed. Idiotic to say the least. If you need to hire a real estate agent stay away from these clowns.

Just horrible! This group was the listing agent for a property we wanted to buy. First of all they list a property without knowing anything about it. False statements in the listing which caused our deal to fall through. Gave our $2000.00 earnest money and after doing our own homework found out the property could not meet our needs. Earnest money should be released immediately after a deal falls through. Took me 3 weeks to get my money back and that was after several phone calls and a wild goose chase to several of their offices. I would not trust this company to help me sell a property or buy one. For reference the agents name is Sarah Kane.
