The service here was so bad on so many levels it's hard to know where to begin. Let's start with the end... Non-responsive. I received a letter from the IRS requesting more money. The receptionist had me upload a copy of it to the website. After repeated calls asking for a simple explanation on what this was and why, I finally just stopped by the office, only to be told she would have to look into it. Never ever heard back. So, I just paid the IRS. Argumentative. Little things like, "let me check the call log. It wasn't 3 weeks ago it has only been 18 days". I can deal with that. But some of the phone calls escalated to raising our voices. And most of it was because of not letting me know what was going on. And even the pre-COVID years were bad, this just deteriorated right from the start. Pros... I got a free coffee cup.

I have been a customer for several years at Comprehensive Accounting Solutions and I can say that I am always very happy with the services. Mary is always responsive, professional, and highly caring of her clients. She works extremely hard to make sure you receive the best return and is always there to answer any questions you may have. Would highly recommend everyone to go see Mary for their taxes!

BUYER BEWARE. Terrible service. They are quick to collect your money. Then when it is time to provide services they do not answer calls, emails, or respond to voicemails. Go somewhere else with your business. I hired them because Mary told me should could help with an IRS issue I had. She did not deliver. I asked for a 50% refund because I was significantly unhappy with their customer service and ability to deliver. Mary said she would refund me 50% of my payment. I never received the refund. I followed up many times to ask where's my refund and they didnt get back.

I have never written a negative review about a company in my life and I feel the need I have to. This is HANDS DOWN the worst company I have ever experienced. As a business owner you should hire a company like this to take stress away, not add to it. They are all over the place, NEVER respond until you email multiple times and it takes months to get simple questions answered or issues resolved. Best decision we ever made was dropping this company. We are still dealing with issues and lack of responses MONTHS after getting rid of them. Do yourself a favor and steer very clear of this company

This organization is a scam. I paid them for services that were never received. I have been trying to contact for over year and have gotten no response. They don't respond to emails or answer phone calls. I intend to take legal action against them soon.

Comprehensive Accounting Solutions, Inc. has alway been a huge help! No matter how small or complex the ask is, they have always come through for me! And if it's a last minute thing, they always respond quickly. So if its just answering a few questions or complete tax service, they are the ones I rely on. A huge thanks to them from me!
