From the initial appointment until closing day the process was made completely seamless by Don and Julie. I have nothing but praise. They walked me through the loan process step by step. Any questions I had was answered clearly and quickly. I was given a number where I could reach a real human being. They even responded after work hours and on weekends. James went above and beyond to make everything run smooth for me during this process.
