Excellent work and excellent customer service. I took my car in with two insurance claims from two different accidents and two different companies. They kept me informed every step of the way and my car was ready when promised. My car was quite dirty when I brought it in but when I went to get it my car was clean and shining. I would highly recommend this repair shop.

My friend’s car stayed at this mechanic shop for five months without being properly repaired.
During this long period, there was no clear communication, no accurate timeline, and no real progress. Every time we asked, we were given excuses instead of real answers.
Keeping a customer’s car for months without fixing the problem is unprofessional and unacceptable. This caused a lot of inconvenience and wasted time.
Based on this experience, I do not recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable or honest service.

Extremely disappointing experience. This auto repair shop kept my car for five months with no valid explanation.
Their communication was terrible, and they showed zero respect for customers.
It was clear that their only priority is taking money, not providing honest or professional service.
This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

Manager is rude. I would give 0 stars but I had to leave one. The admin at the front stated she told me something that she did not instead of him evaluating the situation like a manager he decides to say I believe my admin she’s the best. What happened to the customer is right. Where’s the customer service. I decided to take my car else where thanks to Krystle Radz and her manager.

The company installed a new bumper on my Ram 1500. In addition to completing the work, Crystal, Aaron and Marco customer service was excellent.

Don’t take your car for repair here. It took over a year to fix my car up. Got it back Halloween of 2024. I’ve had to drop the car back off repeatedly my front sensor not working and it still to do day doesn’t work properly and they don’t bother answering anymore. They also cracked the plastic cover for the mirror in the middle of the inside of car.
