Brittany was so helpful! She came to our house to measure and was constantly in communication with us. We had our floors installed upstairs in one day and a new stair runner in half a day. Great service!

First time customer of Creative Carpets and will be a repeat. Was lucky to meet Fernando who helped in a refresh of our staircase - replacing old fully carpeted stairs with a modern runner. To say we were indecisive was an understatement. He was patient and thoughtful with his recommendations. Came out to the house for measurements and made additional trips to bring more samples. His communication was amazing- quick responses and thorough. He made the process so smooth. This required 2 different Installation dates and they both occurred on the days and times they committed to. This is rare these days. Absolutely recommend Creative and be sure to ask for Fernando.

The folks at Creative Carpet have been really great to work with. Everyone has been really helpful and very professional. As long as my family and I live in this area, I believe we will be using Create Carpet & Flooring for our flooring needs.

Her positive attitude, endless knowledge and fantastic customer service made it a wonderful experience!! We are so grateful for all that she did to make this process stress free.
We needed carpet in three bedrooms and a home office. She was so helpful selecting samples that were the best fit for our needs.
She made the experience simple! Brittany did a great job explaining everything to us!
We are over the moon with how the entire project turned out!!

We recently had the den and living room and carpet replaced at my Mom's house. I had used Creative Carpet before and went for an estimate. I worked with Michelle and Mark Jr. who were both helpful, knowledgable, and there was no pressure at all. The day of installation the crew was on time, friendly and ready to go. The guys moved the furniture, installed the carpet and put everything back in it's place. The carpet looks great, and the smile on my Mom's face is even greater. I highly recommend Creative Carpets to anyone who is looking for flooring.

Creative Carpets and Flooring was highly recommended by my neighbor and they lived up to their recommendation. My floor was damaged by a water leak and David did an excellent job of estimating the replacement cost. When I filed a claim with my insurance they paid the amount that he submitted and I hired Creative Carpets and Flooring to replace the floor. The installation team did an excellent job removing the old flooring, installing the new, and solving some unexpected problems that arose along the way. I highly recommend them, especially in situations that involve an insurance claim.

We had an amazing experience working with Brian and the team at Creative Carpet and Flooring. Our positive moments began upon entering the showroom and continued through scheduling and onsite installation. The onsite team was respectful of our furniture and neatly shifted a few things to help their process. Rickie and his teammate were able to start on time and complete same day. The carpet is wonderful.

We had an excellent experience with Creative Carpet & Flooring and would highly recommend them. Brittany was fantastic to work with and helped us through every step of the process, from selecting materials to scheduling the install. She was always responsive, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was handled correctly.
The installation was done while we were out of town on vacation, which could have been stressful, but it went incredibly smoothly. We came home to beautifully finished floors, no issues, and a clean house. The work was done on schedule, with great attention to detail, and you can tell the installers take real pride in what they do.
Overall, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. Creative Carpet & Flooring delivered exactly what they promised, and Brittany made the experience even better. Five stars all around.
