Do not bring clothes to this location unless you plan a second return for insufficient cleaning.
Brought one single polo shirt with 3 small stains. Picked shirt up with 2 of 3 still present. Brought it back and when picking it up, told owner I simply wanted to check it.
He immediately became irate and ignorant and proceeded to tell me never to bring any future business to his store.
1) owner ignorant, entitled, arrogant and rude to a paying customer just checking work that was paid in full.
2) waste of time to have to make a second trip to the location. Owner refused to apologize for his clear lack of quality and showed no remorse.
Many other cleaners in the Mokena and Frankfort area who will undoubtedly provide a higher quality of work.

Horrible. They WILL lose your clothes then deny it telling you it was picked up. Yea it was...by someone else! Over $300 in clothes lost ! Never again

DO NOT GO TO THIS CLEANERS!! we have been taking our clothes here for about a year. Recived a few items that were not ours a couple times, but always had our clothes. After they "lost" my burberry shirt and my armani shirt we decided not to use this cleaners EVER again!!!!! I rate this cleaners 0 Stars!!!
