My insurance was not paying for ANY of my $117 prescription. I was helped by Ruth, she used GoodRx and got a massive discount for me. Ended up paying $62.49. This drug has to be re-filled every 90 days, her effort will save me a ton of money.

Very rude and condescending . I pick up meds for my disabled daughter and I hear how they talk on the phone to her. I don't get the same demeaning tone when I go, but to her they are extremely rude

Today Aug 1st, 2022 between 2 and 3 pm, I drove myself bleeding to this location, I cut on my finger that wouldn't stop bleeding, 2 nurses sitting on their offices doing nothing, no customers outside, none even one, just me, they told me because I didn't have an appointment, they couldn't treat me??? it is not a surgery what need it, maybe glue the wound, to stop the bleeding, some bandages, no empathy at all, 10 minutes or 5 from their time??? I told them, I wasn't planing on hurting myself, I can't believe you are letting me go like this!!! But I know I would never ever come back.

The woman helping with the COVID test did a great job. My problem is with the way CVS went about the process. It should have been drive up as they lead you to believe. The sign in the front of the store says "no COVID testing inside". I was taken through the side door and went into a very small room and asked to shut the door that everybody else who got tested for COVID touched. I wonder if there is enough ventilation in the room. I had to hold ID and insurance card against plexiglass that everyone else touched. If you want COVID get a test at CVS!

I'm only giving it a star more because the nurse practitioner in the Minute Clinic helped us well today. But this CVS was not clean at all. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting and there was caked on old dirt and hair clumped on the floor and walls. I've been in cleaner gas station restrooms. It looked like it has not been cleaned in several months which makes me question the cleanliness of the entire store. Then I started noticing dust bunnies in the corners and in the aisles. Come on CVS! Sick people are coming to your stores. You need to keep all of your facilities clean!
