I’ve been taking my children to the cvs minute clinics for a while now. This is the first negative experience that my family has had. My husband took our 3yr old son in and explained our son had allergies. The nurse practitioner (K.) prescribed something that was not discussed. Maybe it was because my son was the last patient last night or that she was preoccupied with training either way this error should not have happened. A certain medication was discussed and another was prescribed without any notice/discussion. Other nurse practitioner(E) who my other son has seen was good . Will try to avoid this location unless in a pinch.

Very rude and condescending . I pick up meds for my disabled daughter and I hear how they talk on the phone to her. I don't get the same demeaning tone when I go, but to her they are extremely rude

Wife purchased INFANT MILK POWDER CONTAINERS and found better price value at another retail location, she went to return within the same hour of purchasing and associate was about to complete the return until active shift lead, interrupted and voided the return. When asked why, she stated she cannot return the milk powder items with no official stated reasoning.The customer service was very rude, and instead of clarifying reasoning why she canceled the return, the employees caused discomfort and no mutual understanding to the reason why for the voided return, (they need to be able to clarify reasoning for not being able to process a return that was already in process with last step to swipe wife’s card to conclude the return transaction).Very dissatisfied and disappointed in the humanity and professionalism these CVS employees presented to the customer.The price value difference was a significant difference of $20 each container. May god bless us all, but very poor professionalism and communication.Luckily, another CVS took the returns without any hesitation, thank god that some employees are trained well and ready.Thank you Tinley Park CVS for showing professionalism and work pride with open communication on behalf of CVS and to the customer.10/11/2022

Today Aug 1st, 2022 between 2 and 3 pm, I drove myself bleeding to this location, I cut on my finger that wouldn't stop bleeding, 2 nurses sitting on their offices doing nothing, no customers outside, none even one, just me, they told me because I didn't have an appointment, they couldn't treat me??? it is not a surgery what need it, maybe glue the wound, to stop the bleeding, some bandages, no empathy at all, 10 minutes or 5 from their time??? I told them, I wasn't planing on hurting myself, I can't believe you are letting me go like this!!! But I know I would never ever come back.

Very unprofessional rude and unprofessional. No one is ever working the cashier and it is annoying. If you want to get something I suggest trying a different location near by

This location has a very rude and unprofessional staff. I went there for a covid 19 test and was treated like a criminal. I called the number texted to me and let them know i arrived. I went to the entrance and the doors were locked . When they finally let me inside of the store I had 2 cvs rude employees yelling at me and shaking their head from the other end of the store to come theyre way. Ive never been to this location before but will not be coming back. The one in new lenox on nelson is 100 times better. Dont waste your time with people that dont like their jobs .

Highly satisfied with customer by representative Julie. Julie was extremely nice and welcoming. Julie assisted me with checking in for a vaccine and provided additional information. Very impressed how organized and clean the store was. Highly recommend this location.
