Two words: Ghost town. Middle of the week during business hours, one banker working. I've banked with 53 for 10+ years for my business. I've been waiting 40 minutes just to close my accounts because nobody else can handle this and "I have to talk to a banker" (they have one). This place has gone downhill. For businesses they changed a few policies over the years and ended up draining hundreds of $$$$$ from me in fees. I tried to work with them, they refunded me $50. That pales in comparison to the $ they drained over the years. I'm surprised this branch is still open. 53 can hit the bricks. Shop around, many more banks out there.
