Firestone has been a blessing for my car repairs. They're honest, reliable, and very easy to talk to. If I have a question, they're always responsive and explain everything professionally and respectfully. If I have a concern, they address it without making me feel like a number. They take care in assisting their customers. I used to go to another competitor, but with new management and slipping in their service and customer care, I tried Firestone. I've never looked back. I would never considering to another auto repair shop.

Came in to get my tire looked at cause something was rubbing against it. This is like an emergency type of situation. I just got off work and I'm sure it just needs to be lifted real quick and tap in a few screws or a zip tie to the rain guard hitting my tire. Guy refused me service because they were going to close in 10 mins when I walked 14 mins before they closed to do something that would literally not take up that much time. Like it's so sad these guys missed out on a great customer because I'm a business owner and I would've tipped well. I'm very disappointed with the customer service felt like I was kicked out the store so I left and I'm leaving this review and i will just go else where.

Firestone Mokena is close to us and have done work on our vehicles in the past. They are considerate and reliable. However, when they find more work than what I needed, they would take their time in telling me the bottom line. They go through each line, one-by-one, and it becomes very irritating. Also, when a customer agrees to having all of the work done, then the "Complete Vehicle Inspection" should be credited to the customer.

First time visit, and I had no heat in my vehicle. They revamped the entire heating system. Costly? Yes. But what would you be willing to pay on a 'Chicago Winter morning, with no heat in your vehicle...? Now? On the lowest setting, I have more warmth than I had all last Spring. And yes, there are some very cold Spring mornings... I believe in Firestone, and will return for more services.

Beware, this Firestone is a rip-off! My daughter car was over heating on her way to school. Keep in mind I work on cars in my spare time. The car needed a thermostat and a radiator. When I arrived I told them what it needed. They ran a test $30, which is a fare price. When they called the first thing they started doing was reading to me about financing the payment. When they got to the end they quoted me $,2,900. Keep in mind the thermostat is $30 and the radiator is $280 both from Autozone. You are going to charge me $2,500 in labor? Shops use this tactic for people that don't know any different. I would recommend that you take your car to another shop if you don't want to get ripped off. I replaced both parts on my car within 3 hours........wow.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I have got to Firestone before and they've done what was requested just fine but recently I had a bad experience. Long story short, a tire I got replaced by Midas popped on my way to work so I went to this store in an emergency to get it repaired. Midas tire insurance claims said to contact Firestone with the claim # and instruction to call Midas claims so they can sort out payment for fixing my tire. When I called Firstone with this information, they flat out refused to coordinate with Midas claims so that I get appropriately charged for the tire fix. According to Midas claims, this is abnormal behavior as they work with Firestone all the time on these issues. I had them put my spare tire on and I had to go elsewhere. This Firestone does fine when working directly with them on some stuff but in my experience, they were dismissive and refusing to help with a simingly simple ask that would've taken them 20min to accomplish. I will hesitate before returning.

Do not go to this location. They damaged my car and refused to take any responsibility. My family has been doing business for 8 years and now they just lost multiple customers, because they lied about the damages they did to my car!
