Stopped in today for some liposomal vitamin C and was pleasantly greeted by an employee who was very knowledgeable & friendly.Store was clean and well stocked with a variety of vitamins and supplements. There was also an area for organic whole foods such as frozen soups that appear to be locally made.I’ve been here before for gluten free baking items & local honey. I did see some gluten-free items for sale, but not gluten-free baking items as I recall them having possibly a few years ago in the other location they had in Frankfort.Store has a discount program and I saved $3 on my purchase. The vitamins I bought were needed same day - otherwise I may have purchased online. To my surprise, it was actually cheaper to purchase from this local store then it would have been to have shipped from Amazon.Will be back for protein powders & supplements.Photo is of one of the items they stocked and let me sample.

This is absolutely hands down one of my most favorite health food stores! The owner, Kristina, is super knowledgeable and service-oriented! She is also very friendly & generous with coupons & she seems to always have some kind of special promo almost every time I visit!! No matter what ails you, she will know exactly how to fix it! I feel so very Blessed that she is so close to my house. I tell all my friends and family to see her. She also sells delicious & healthy frozen foods, too!!
