The customer service was wonderful and the customer area was very cool. I had been to another repair shop that couldn’t diagnose my car. I went to Hi-Tech and I was told what was wrong with my car, they explained why I needed the repair, and even offered me the parts once the job was finished. I was treated quickly and wonderfully. I will definitely be back and would recommend them to everyone.

I recently had HiTech Auromotive in Mokena install a set of new tires in my 2022 Mazda CX 9. They also changed my oil. I would describe them as old school in a world where this has been lost—high quality, excellent service, thoroughly knowledgeable and competent, honest, and they tell it as they see it. This 2nd generation family business as an asset to the Mokena area. I would give them more stars but Google wont let me.

Don’t trust there warranty and make sure the type what exactly they worked on the car.
My receipt was saying adjusted right side control arm for camber adjustment front wheel alignment.
The manager says that still don’t mean that we did alignment

I called. I asked do you fix transmissions? He says yes. I drop off my car. Its that simple. It's that easy here! so much better than Firestone down the road. This is a real business that actually provides service to people. Without being some cheap knockoff scam like Firestone.

I just witnessed the most disgusting man from this company speak to a lady in the parking lot in the most horrific way possible. If that’s how he handles people I will not be giving them any business. Do not give them your business they don’t treat people with respect.
