Good selection, but the state of constant "sales" means that all of the products always seem to be marked up. Also, it can be hard to find your size in shop. My jeans are 36x34 and the selection unfortunately wasn't quite large enough.

Went in yesterday to buy a mattress and the person who helped us was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She could teach a class on customer service!

The mokena location is a good store. Walked in and was greeted by a nice gentleman, his name was jacob. He welcomed me with a nice smile. I was shopping around and was greater multiple times by many people, there was one lady though I think her name was Mary and she was very passive aggressive when I asked a question. Overall thought it was very good. The selection of clothes is good. I shop big and tall and I found everything I needed. Then I went up to the checkout and I was greeted again by the same gentle man jacob. He was extremely nice and helpful, deserves a raise.

My daughter and I went to the store today and we had the most caring and nice cashier, her name was Rose. She made us feel so welcomed and helped us find what we needed. It is staff like Rose that makes you want to come back, just to say Hi to her. Thank you Rose, all the best to you!

AMAZING DAY!! Great sales, coupons, selection, clean store! Greeted at 12:30pm by a blonde haired woman smiling, welcoming us to the store & asked how we were. She was straightening racks of misses clothes; got the impression she was a manager walking the store, checking on things & took the time to greet us! Encountered her again later & she asked how things were going. Loved it!
