Starlyn is the absolute best! Always so pleasant and willing to answer all questions. She takes her time with customers even though she has so much to manage. It’s so appreciated, and definitely a rarity these days.This location is also very clean and well lit!

The entire process was very easy and quick. At Mokena we were met by a very nice person who kindly took us to our rental unit and helped us with the locks since we have no experience with storages.

Chris was amazing at the Mokena location. Helpful, personable, double and triple checked every step and made sure I had extra tips and tricks to make the moving in easier. He was phenomenal!!!
