“My wife and I were amazed by Dr. Malcolm and his staff, very professional. I was referred through my BCBS insurance as it is one of their top referred labs. After booking our appointments, we arrived 15 minutes earlier and was seen before our appointment time. We received the best customer service. The process was fast and simple. I gave the receptionist my insurance card and ID, she called me back and the phlebotomist (who was very skilled, didn't feel a thing!) drew my blood.The process was under 10 minutes. Results were faxed to my G.I. Doctor the next day. I highly recommend this facility!”
“I needed to get my blood drawn for a second time after there was a discrepancy from the first package that was sent. A lovely woman named Leslie took care of me by calling me the night before to make sure I had the correct time and address. This was the last big blood drawn before the surgery. My beautiful sister drove me to be my support. ?♀️The facility was very clean and simple to find with plenty of parking. The waiting area is pretty roomy and they have a water fountain if you’re thirsty.There was a huge dispenser of hand sanitizer on their front counter as soon as you finish signing in you can sanitize your hands.After everything was complete, the geese helped guide us back to our car. Overall the process was quick, painless, and memorable thank you so much for your good work, painless and quick blood drawn, along with your kind words of encouragement.❤️”

“First time here and we had a great experience. When you're dealing with the public, people have to understand that people behind the counter take a lot of sass from the public and sometimes they can't get over being hurt or talked rude to or sworn at right away. Yes they should be nice to everyone that comes thru the door but sometimes it's hard. We were greeted promptly with a warm smile and a may I help you? The woman was very kind and helped me check in for my blood work as well as my husband. Some of the people in the office (patients) were complaining and being rude and I felt bad because I've been there before. People should always be kind. We dont know what the person has gone thru and we havent walked in their shoes. The woman who took our blood draw did an amazing job. No bruising, hardly even a pinch when the needle went in which means she knows how to get that angle just right. We will be back again for more blood draws. Thank you for a great experience with our blood draw. I hope everyone who visits gets a good experience like we did. If you don't, just remember to try to be nice to the people waiting on you anyways. Maybe your kindness will brighten their day.”
