Pharmacist Carrie V. was so unproffesional and incomponent. She would not fill my prescription even though today was the 30th day since my last refill. I needed my medication and she refused to fill, she stated it was one day early but it was actually the day it was due for refill. I guess you have to wait till the end of the 30th day to be able to have access to your prescriptions. It was a valid request and she should have done her job. In the past I've had no issues with other pharmacys and I could get a refill if it was a day early for the convience of picking it up but when questioned about a refill and it was the 30th day, well I just dont understand. I'll never use them again because of their unprofessional behaviour.

Terrible!!!!! told me to come on Christmas eve to get it. Bc they didn't have it ready, and told me it wasn't gunna be ready then til after the holidays what a joke of a pharmacy

I came in yesterday to pick up a prescription for my mother, Kenya helped me so much!! She went out of her way to make sure I got my prescription in time!! Genuinely so kind!!

Avoid at all costs. I've been using them for two years and not once have they ever been on time with a RX. OrMOST of the time they will claim their system is not working. Which will result in them loosing your Rx entirely and having to call the your Dr. To have them personally call it in. I've gone WEEKS AT A TIME WITH NO RX because of this reason. THEY DO NOT COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMERS NOR PHYSICIANS. A woman named Akira is one of the most rude employees I have ever had to deal with. Prepared to be treated like your 12 by her if you are unlucky enough to have to go there. Which is a shame because I buy most of my groceries there. I switched my entire family off here after 18 mistakes over a year and a half.

This is the absolute WORST pharmacy I have ever had. They do not communicate with patients or their providers appropriately. Rather than admitting their mistakes, they blame the patient/provider for the problem. I have embarrassed myself calling my doctor to get information when, in fact, it was the pharmacy not doing their job. I went weeks without an antibiotic due to the pharmacy not doing their job. On 4 separate occasions I have had to call the manager due to a variety of issues, including OVER A WEEK'S WORTH of a shortage of my prescription, and all they have to say is "I don't know". Do NOT waste your time or your money here. You will be greatly disappointed.
