This is the absolute WORST pharmacy I have ever had. They do not communicate with patients or their providers appropriately. Rather than admitting their mistakes, they blame the patient/provider for the problem. I have embarrassed myself calling my doctor to get information when, in fact, it was the pharmacy not doing their job. I went weeks without an antibiotic due to the pharmacy not doing their job. On 4 separate occasions I have had to call the manager due to a variety of issues, including OVER A WEEK'S WORTH of a shortage of my prescription, and all they have to say is "I don't know". Do NOT waste your time or your money here. You will be greatly disappointed.

The Mokena store is often out of sale items and genreally there are 2-3 items on our weekly list that are not available. Calling themselves "one stop shopping" is a joke! You might pay a bit more elswhere, but most other stores do not have the numerous empty shelves.

I’d like to thank Stacy from Pharmacy for getting the Motrin for my 2 year old grandson who is battling the flu right now. The shelves were wiped clean and she pulled a miracle and got us his medicine. I am very grateful you are there and my daughter and I are forever thankful for you!

The store is very clean, very well organized. And I mean organized, they have everything lined up, like for a commercial. I do like that I can shop for a variety of things and different brands and flavors. We buy clothes there and I trust the quality of their clothes. I am plus size woman and I am able to buy something dressy or something to work out in. They pay attention to detail, you never see a steak going bad in the toys section. I do like that it is a Michigan based company because I moved here from Michigan!
