The red headed woman in her 60’s named Kathy (maybe Cathy) who works the self check out is extremely miserable and needs to be retrained. Every time I need her to scan something, I have to wave her down as she’s angrily staring and doing nothing. She is aggressive, does not smile, and is condescending. I needed a bag of bird seed scanned and asked her politely to snan it, she angrily told me to “move away from the register.” If I smile at her she just stares me down like I murdered her dog. Never tells me or any other customers to have a good day as we leave from what I’ve noticed shopping here on a weekly basis. What is her purpose? To stand there like an angry security guard? Unprofessional and a MISERABLE person.

Did the online order. Only bad thing, a few items available initially online were not included in my order. I did get an email before pickup stating that.
