I don't get my nails done very often, but when I do, I like coming here. All I get is a no-chip gel manicure, which is $40, so I can't speak for other services. The people are nice and professional. I have had no problems with cuticles being cut too low, which has happened at other places, or feeling like I am rushed. The techs ask for what you want clearly and ask throughout the service if everything is alright. Everything is clean as well. love the hand message at the end!

The lady was very rude. We walked in and asked to get pedicures for 7 people and she gave an attitude that was not match by satan himself. She could have properly said unfortunately we are extremely booked today but instead she was very rude. If you like to be disrespected then you should definitely come to this place next to Brookhaven marketplace.

I went in to get acrylics put on, and I waited over 30 minutes when there was barely anyone in there. Throughout the service, the nail tech kept walking away and coming back. One of these times, he disappeared into the back for a couple of minutes. Then at one point he got up, walked out the door, got in his car, and DROVE AWAY! I was left alone in the middle of getting my nails done for 10 to 15 minutes until he came back from where ever he went to! A time prior to this they made me wait an hour to fix one nail, which had broke a day after I got them done. They also took people who didn't have a appointment and who had walked in after me, before they took me. I was getting my nails done here every two weeks, but this was my last time coming here.
Update: I had been given a gift card and went back for the first time in 5 years to use it. My acrylic nails turned out perfect. My nail tech was also very nice throughout the service.

Arrived at 630p but they stated no one is available for service and they don't close until 8p. There's literally no one in waiting area and no appts are scheduled that late.

Place clean as always, they got me in without an appointment. I felt that my pedicure was a little rushed and he didn’t really scrub my heels to remove calluses

Just left there with my daughter. I got a no chip and my daughter was getting a fill. The lady who ended up working on my daughter was rude. I'm not sure if she was mad she had to work on an 11 year old or what her deal was. She was talking down to my daughter and trying to up charge everything. Since when does a French cost an extra $20?! She told my daughter to quit moving at least ten times and all she did was turn her head. We've been here several times before and we won't be back after this.
