I called this office and talked to Lisa for a quote, Lisa was a great help and very knowledgeable on the different policies I could get and also was a great help on letting me know that i can get a better rate if I insure my car and my house. I’m always looking for a bargain and Lisa was very quick in helping me in was to save more money. Way to go Lisa you are great at your job. I will be back.

I recently discovered that additional drivers were added to my car insurance policy without my consent. When I called to resolve the issue, Briana was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, she mocked me and told me I should have reviewed my renewal policy each year, completely ignoring the fact that unauthorized changes were made to my account. The customer service was terrible, and the overall experience felt shady and unacceptable.
