“This PetSmart went above and beyond. The PetSmart app had let me put in an online pickup order at 7:45 by mistake. I planned to go ASAP and wait for it to be ready in the lot. I called the store to double check my order because the sign said no curbside was available past 7pm. Upon calling a woman answered and told me that my order hadn't been picked and asked if I could wait until tomorrow because of how late it was. I told her I was there in the parking lot and despite my misunderstanding she was very polite and pulled my order immediately. 10 minutes later an employee came rushing out with my entire order. For point of reference, I was 8 months pregnant, my mother has driven me and she's 60+ y.o. and we were both expecting for my phone to ding and for one of us to waddle in. When we saw this young woman heading straight to us we couldn't believe the level of customer service that had been displayed by not only the woman on the phone, my expedited order and the employee who did the shopping and came out immediately to assist us. My only regret was not getting the employees name that rushed out my order. My kitty babies lived to see another happy dinner and my mother and I were very grateful for the polite convenience.”

“Hammie and I love this Pet Supplies Plus! We use the self-service dog wash almost weekly, and sometimes the grooming services too. The staff is absolutely amazing - everyone is always so excited to see Hammie, and they shower her with love, attention, and treats every time we visit. They truly make us feel at home. The prices are reasonable, there are always great sales, and the store regularly hosts fun events. It’s hands down the best pet store experience we’ve had, and the incredible staff is the reason we keep coming back.”

“Stopped in about a week ago to get some help with my RO system. Had some issues getting some of the parts open to replace the filters. Although I didn’t spend much money at the store, the owner took his time and helped me to get my issue corrected. Great Customer service is a forgotten skill nowadays and I’m glad to see this place still has it. Highly recommend checking this place out for your aquatic need. And although I don’t have any tanks anymore and just use the water system for filtered water, his stock quality is very good. I’ve had salt water and freshwater tanks almost all my life and if I got back into the game, I go to this place to fill my tank.”
“Highly recommend Ludwig’s if you have rabbits! It’s a great place to get hay and pellets. They are very reasonable priced. They have 25 pound bag of rabbit pellets which my rabbits love! The grass hay is great. Great quality. They even load it in your car. I’ve been to other feed stores and they are not as great as Ludwig’s.Friendly friendly staff!!”

“I was about to pull out of the plazas parking lot. This store caught my eye so I went in for the first time and was very surprised by: the quick and friendly service, the quality of products thru out the entire store, and the prices are comparable maybe even cheaper than big pet supply companies.
I did not catch the gentleman’s name, but assuming he’s the owner. Inquired about my current diet that I give my dogs. He did some quick research on the food brand and provided some pretty good information about what I give the dogs vs what is ideal.
So needless to say I will be shifting all pet need purchases to this location moving forward.”

“High praise for this Pets Hotel. First, the good, these are dog people! They love the animals like they are their own even if they are only staying one day. I always get extra perks and love receiving the photos of my dog receiving private story time. Also, one play session, my dog had a seizure and I sincerely appreciated the care and attention the staff showed our dog and us. They are trustworthy and good! My one critique is that sometimes PetSmart fills the hotel to capacity and when they are heavily busy or understaffed, my dog has not received the perks I scheduled. But I’m not charged when that happens, just a little disappointed that my dog didn’t have a premium experience. But all in all, I feel confident taking my dog here and I am happy that this service is available.”
