We take our dogs for grooming frequently and have always had great experiences.
Today one of our dogs, who is on medication for epilepsy had a seizure while being groomed by Katrina and Madison. They quickly brought our other dog over to comfort him. Jennifer, the store manager contacted us to let us know and inform us of company policy, which is to transport ill animals to the emergency veterinary clinic in Orland. On our way to the vet, Katrina called to tell us what happened and how they handled the situation. Once at the vet, we were met by Madison who had transported our dog and was there waiting for us and stayed to make sure our dog was okay.
We are so grateful for the care and love shown to our dogs by these women and the professional manner in which they handled this situation.

Just can't figure out why certain dog foods are grain free when they are found to expand a dog's heart, while the grain dog food doesn't do this. There is a lot less grain dog food in the market. Saddens me.

People are very friendly. They groomed and bathed my dog very well. Only concern is the high prices. Never been any other place but $70 plus tip is a bit much in my opinion...

We took my seven month old puppy here for his first grooming appointment. I thought at first everyone there seemed friendly. The woman who groomed our dog was pretty abrasive. We came a little early to get him knowing his experience would be stressful just in nature of the situation. But I watched her tell him to continuously “stop” and she pulled at his paws and pushed his face away just enough for it to be uncomfortable. I’m really disappointed that more care wasn’t taken. They also didn’t listen. We wanted the top of his hair longer so we could pull it back into a ponytail. She cut it off and said she couldn’t get the comb through. That’s a lie- we’ve brushed his hair everyday and his head had zero mats or tangles. We will have to help our poor boy have a different experience so he doesn’t feel traumatized as grooming is going to be a part of his life.

Amanda in grooming literally saved Barney's life. She recognized a serious ear infection and alerted us. It took weeks to recover as he was suffering & not himself. Please let Amanda know. We will too.
