Terrible! Owner lied to me.Not only the owner but also staff made a promise to me 3 days to hem some pants before a wedding… no call won’t answer the phone and now I have no pants for the wedding I can’t even get them back because they won’t answer the phone or open the store. Closed early they say they promised them and now aren’t open the day I need them. Horrible service don’t go here. Nope. I brought in some clothing for alterations and I receive a call a week later the seamstress didn't do anything. Apparently it's too difficult to adhere buttons to a shirt. Do not come here.

Even though their service was marginal, we brought our clothes here because they were close. Until they ruined an $80 pair of dress slacks. Never going back.

Great service and help from Jenny, she went above and beyond for me and my family. Always great service and prices from this dry cleaners. I would highly recommend! Try them out and you will forget your other cleaners.

I was a good customer for many years. The service was on the decline for a long time. Definitely can't ignore it any longer. Absolutely ruined a new pair of $50 pants. The owner could not have been more rude. She said she had NEVER had a complaint before. I guess she can't say that anymore! I'm taking my business elsewhere!!!

very nice people and exceptional service. we use to live right around the corner and it was very convenient. we now live in the neighboring suburb and drive out of our way, past numerous other cleaners to come here. tailoring service is good too.

Worst experience ever. Do not go there. Use anyone else. I brought in a dress to get pressed only. I was advised that they do not do that. So I had to have it cleaned and pressed. It costed more to have it cleaned and pressed then the cost of the dress. And when I picked it up it looked worse. Not pressed. I needed the dress for pictures so I had no choice. But I will never go back. And you should not either

I have been to all the cleaners in the area. Plus One is definitely the best and always does a fantastic job!!!
