It was so hard for me to let go of my excuses and get up and go. Just do it. When I trained with Regi he would push me to a point I didn't think was in me. I've since moved away or he would still be my trainer but the things I learned I will take with me and still use to this day. Never met a better trainer and I was in the best shape of my life. He is so inspiring and smart and tough. Don't think you won't have to work. That's why they call is a “work†out. With his help I achieved my goals and that feels great. I always tell people I wish I was in Chicago area again so he could kick my butt every week. I highly recommend him. Best trainer on the planet!

I cannot say good enough things about Regi and his fitness studio. I have worked with other trainers and he is by far the most knowledgeable, compassionate and caring. Highly recommend to anyone on the fence about a personal trainer or with some health issues looking to strengthen or gain more mobility. 5 stars!!
