Remodeled my bathroom using their cabinets. Very poor quality and when looking to replace, they were not very helpful. Sad peolple really dont reach out or seem to care. They have a good sales process. It seems to stop there.

Everyone at Schillings has always been very helpful but a special shout out to Derek Webber!! Derek is such a nice, personable young man and very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of our questions and then some. He gave us truthful, honest answers about what we were deciding on for our new home. He is a definite asset to Schillings. Great job Derek! We're new to the area and doing some remodeling on our house. Schillings is close to our house and I heard good things about them, so we went to check out their ceramic tile. Tracey was very helpful. Very nice store.

Do NOT recommend. We had a horrible experience from the moment we paid. Started off with great sales staff - got us set up and were kind, responsive, and helpful! Then after that, it was like pulling teeth to get anything done and being treated poorly in the process. Everything they said they would do required several follow-up calls thereafter to ensure it was scheduled and we were good to go. When on the phone with the measurement guy, he immediately asked for the “man of the house,” or “the husband.” What year is this…? They added a $200 extra charge to our bill (the second bill for the measuring differences) that they could not explain, and when we asked, they guessed what it might be multiple times - all of which were not true so eventually, it was removed. They did not tell us how to prep, so when the guy arrived to measure he threatened to leave and reschedule. It’s hard to get them scheduled (weeks longer than estimated), so we tried our best to accommodate. He spilled something in the process and did not clean it (I realize not his job but typically if you spill something all over the floor, you don’t just leave it..?). These are just a few of the things we experienced. In the end, the counters look fine, but we would have paid extra for a better experience. We were mistreated and had so many unnecessary surprises along the way. We should be happy with our new kitchen but we are just exhausted and relieved to be done with Schillings. There are plenty of other places that have the same materials and hopefully are just better people.

Ben V- we came in with a ton of questions, a lot of misinformation and high expectations- and it was only a Monday morning. Ben rose to the occasion, provided us with great concise quotes for window and door replacements and also helped us to find a reputable installer. He was timely, funny, and easy to work with. We would give him six stars at Schillings and look forward to working with him on all of our projects in the future.
