“I sent a test document to see a final product before large print order. The team member helped me organize the pages and reviewed how the final product would look. She identified the best format for me to use and found a coupon. This was one of many things I had to take care of for my mother's funeral. I left the store feeling much better than when I came in. Made me go to the win big $1 bins and found some good xmas decorations. The cashier signed me up for the rewards and I saved money on additional purchase. The print job was ready by noon the next day. All the team members at the store was courteous and helpful.”
“Though the Tinley Park location is fairly busy throughout the day, whether one goes to pickup a delivery, ship a package, drop off an Amazon return, or get some copies made, one can usually be in and out within 10 minutes or less. Plus, there is always plenty of parking available.”

“Ruth at FedEx deserves far more recognition than she gets. I genuinely drive over 25 minutes just to come to this location because of the exceptional service she provides. After dealing with multiple FedEx locations in Orland Park, Mokena, and other surrounding areas where customer service has been disappointing, frustrating, and often unprofessional, Ruth is a breath of fresh air.
She consistently goes above and beyond for every customer who walks through the door. She is patient, knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about making sure things are done correctly. No matter how busy it gets, she takes the time to help, answer questions, and ensure everyone leaves satisfied.
Honestly, FedEx is incredibly lucky to have someone like Ruth. She sets the standard for what customer service should be. If she is the manager, it makes complete sense because she runs things exceptionally well. If she isn’t, she should be. She deserves a raise, recognition, and appreciation for everything she does. Employees like Ruth are the reason customers keep coming back.

“One of the cleaner yards, though the restrooms are nasty as usual. If you are late for a pickup though, your set might not be hooked as they break sets that sit more than a few hours after gate times. Outside carriers are not allowed to hook trailer sets. Charlotte, NC and West Sacramento, CA are the nicest, cleanest, and most organized yards I have ever been to. With the NC yard being my favorite.”

“Fantastic Service and Speedy Solutions: I stopped by the UPS Store today to mail a package and was thoroughly impressed by the staff.
I ran into a minor snag when I realized UPS couldn't ship to the PO Box I needed. Before I could even get annoyed, the fantastic team stepped in. They quickly let me know the issue and immediately offered an alternative shipping solution through them, providing the prices and shipping speed right away without me even having to ask.
After sitting in heavy traffic to get there, I was so grateful for their efficiency and proactive help. Although there were other customers in the store, I was greeted by really nice staff and helped almost immediately.
