Customer service is terrible, these kids don't acknowledge you. She walk up to the register and just looked at me.... didn't say hello, can I help you, what would you like? Nothing, just looked at me. I ordered and before I even paid she had walked away. Didn't acknowledge me again. Some retraining on Customer service is needed.

I used to recommend this place to people but it’s like $12 for a medium and they wouldn’t take my $20 for some reason (I read a previous review saying it’s policy but this policy must be recent and they don’t have any signs about it). I don’t like using card but I don’t have a lot of money and don’t carry around every small bill in my bank account. Also they don’t work with gloves or hair nets and one girl is working with a cast that isn’t covered up with a wrap or anything. I think management has changed and just overall it’s not the same.

The manager at this location is terrible she has a very nasty attitude! I see she’s like that to a lot of people from reading these reviews. I know a lot of these smoothie kings are Franchised but I’m really hoping she’s NOT the owner.

The manager has no right to degrade people or talk down to people and the workers should be using gloves and hair nets and the store it self should lower their prices and not have their staff so laid back and make you wait 15 minutes for one drink when they are not busy.

It’s 8:15pm, well before close. I walk in and get the stink eye. How dare I give you business so that you have a job?! I nicely greet the woman at the counter and she says nothing back. I let her know I have a mobile order and all she says is “it’s not ready yet” with a side of attitude.

I don’t come here often but I came once and they told me they don’t accept $20 bills like a month later I come back to this store and the owner told me I’m the reason they have a sign up now saying that they don’t accept $20 and she accused me of using a fake $20 It left me feeling very confused & she didn’t have to call me out in the store I don’t use fake money the other time I been to this store no problems

Not the best location around, management seems to be the problem only focus on increasing their bottom line. Floor is always dirty, staff just wants to move onto the next person, refuse to accept company coupons, don’t follow promotions either probley the owners kids lol too seems act like they own the place

Not FullTo The Top, Acai was Liquid very little fruit.Time before I ordered 3 PB Swizzle 1 with honey paid extra did not have honey on it. I travel a distance past Homewood loc come to Mokena. I was surprised but I will try again.

I am a regular at this store because I work down the street from it. They have always accommodated me well and had my smoothies done when I get there for my lunch break. It's not many vegetarian options in the area so Im there at least two to three times a week for my vegan mango kale smoothies. The service has always been great for me
