We LOVEEE our new tub! Everything was so seamless with sparkling spas & Kim is SO kind and responsive and helpful!! The delivery folks were also amazing. I’m really impressed and a great experience shopping local with people who know what they are talking about!!!

Kim at Sparkling Spas is fantastic. When I purchased a hot tub a year ago she spent quality time on exactly what I wanted. The hot tub she suggested had jets working on different body parts to make the experience wonderful. Kim, has been involved with chemical hot tub maintenance and working with me when I moved my hot tub to a different location. What an amazing place to do business with ! We went into Sparkling Spas after our neighbor referred us , we had very little knowledge of what we wanted , what it entailed to upkeep, the different types , etcAfter being there for over a hour we left with a delivery date for our new hot tub and so much info !!The delivery was so smooth and the men were very helpful with the start up . We did receive detailed text on what to do from Beth , she also followed up to make sure all went good . She also sent a texts a few weeks after to make sure we didn’t have any questions and that we were moving our hot tub !I would 100% recommend Sparkling Spas over any big box store ! She cares about her business and you’re not just another customer !!

Kim was very knowledgeable and great at comparing different spa brands and salt v chlorine systems since my children have sensitive skin. The purchasing and delivery process were simple and they were able to answer all my questions. Kim is very responsive to calls and messages and helps with setup and first filling/chemical instructions. I’m glad we chose Sparkling Spas and would recommend over the big box stores in the area.

We had been shopping for a Hot Tub for awhile. A family member found Sparkling Spas online so we thought we would give it a try. We were sold the minute we walked in the door!! The prices are unbeatable!! Also such friendly service. The crew that delivered the Hot Tub did a great job moving and placing it on the patio. Kim is excellent to work with and very knowledgable about her products. I drove 3 hours to get my hot tub because Kim's service and pricing was so competitive. She was willing to work with me over the phone on the best fit for my area that had a strict weight limitation. I asked a million questions before purchase and Kim was more than happy to answer all that I could ask. I've had my Vita Spa for 6 weeks and couldn't be happier.
