I went in to get a new phone for my daughter. Norman was very helpful and made the whole process quick and easy. We were in and out. Will definitely visit again if needed.

Where do i start. Hopefully this is store 1323 where the manager is julio. On t mobiles phone service it asks if you want to check inventory only to get a store manager who refuses to answer your question. Seriously T mobile. After 10 years of service with t mobile and 10+ lines thank julio for me changing service

The manager was very curt and not accommodating at all. They were out of iPhone inventory. I asked if he could call a neighboring store to check their inventory. He rudely refused. “No. I can’tDo that at all. You can GoogleThem.” Very unapologetically and uncaring.I’ve been with Sprint now T-Mobile for 19 years. When I leave here I’m going to Verizon

March of 2022, I put a deposit down on 2 phones its now September of 2023, and they have yet to provide my phones or a refund. I have gotten nothing but a run around from them and was told that Tmoble customers get their phones before Sprint customers. The staff has been nothing short of rude every time I go in there, and there is never a manager in the store when I stop in or call. Do not order a phone from this store!!!!

It was ok I just wish they were able to fix my microphone on my phone to work. They need to be able to do that at the store, so you don't have to call t-mobile service instead.

I have a iPhone 14 but because they don’t have promotions they won’t give me any money for it with a trade in. Horrible customer service! I’ll take my business account to AT&T.

Best service EVER!! After a frustrating experience with T-Mobile customer support and the Nelson Rd store, I stopped at THIS location and Zach solved all of my problems in no time!! He was quick, helpful, and friendly! Honestly the best customer service experience that I've had in a really long time. Thank you again, I seriously appreciate all of your help!!

Penny took the time to answer all questions and turn this 30 Year AT&T customer to a new T-Mobile customer. She is a knowledgeable employee and an excellent communicator.

I went to T-Moblie to upgrade 3 phones and the employees and manager were all so great and very very helpful and friendly. We took up a lot of their time and they were very patient I truly appreciate that. Will definitely be going back to this T-Moblie store highly recommend. Matt and another young man took care of us.

My daughter and I were in the facility on 12-18-2022 and Penny who is an absolute outstanding employee took great care of us. My son passed away 6 years ago and there were pictures on my phone that could never be replaced.; Penny assured me that she would make sure that they were transferred to my new phone (and she did)! This woman greeted us with a smile as soon as we walked in the door, and she acknowledged us which is so important when you walk into any business. I just want to say that she is a HUGE asset to the T-Mobile Company, and you need more employees like her. I have been an operations Manager for a company for over 32 years and I wish that I had employees with as much Empathy and understanding as Penny. God Bless and I hope that she has much success in your company .

This store proved tonight that they should not be in business. Tmobile should be embarrassed with this store being associated with them.We were there for 2 hours trying to upgrade phones and left extremely upset. Their equipment they use is a joke. 3 different iPads that didn't work and credit card readers that had to be hit off the counter before you can attempt to process a credit card. Complete failure.

Zach is the best! I was having trouble with my phone and out of all the 2 Tmobile stores I went to he didn’t try to rip me off the other stores told me wrong information and tried to spend allot of money when they could of fixed the problem. If ur looking for a honest store go to mokena on wolf rd. His name is Zach Thank u Zach!! Ur the best!! Thank u for keeping me a TMobile customer!!
