I brought my daughters phone here to get it fixed and was told they may or may not have time to fix it the same day. When I brought it in it was about 5:55 pm and they close at 7. I was worried I would have to leave the phone there overnight. Thank GOD for Jeanette, shortly after leaving (30 minutes later) she text me it was time to pick up the phone. Such expedient service. I will come here again because note my screen is cracked ?.

The repair to my watch was not done. I decided to take a refund on the battery but I have not received a copy of the receipt for the refund.

Charged me $180 to apply thermal paste to my pc, this was the first time I went. My power supply went out during a bad storm and it cost me $450 DOLLARS! This establishment was truly unacceptable. Don't even get me started on how icky this place is.

I went here to get my Xbox fixed and they told me it was going to cost 84.63 and after they fixed it I went home and tried out my Xbox and it wouldn't turn on. I brought it back and to my surprise they said it wasn't fixable and that its broken, also to mention the clerk had visible stink lines and there was mold in the corner of the store and the customer service was horrible. I called in before I went and they hung up while I was explaining my problem and didn't call back.

$103.49 was the original price for the repair. All of the sudden shot up to $180.33. Customer service was also terrible literally hanging up on me after trying to get in contact with store’s manager. Please do not go here if you need to get something repaired
