I went in to the Mokena location to have a charge socket changed on my iPhone. Ocean checked over my phone and determined it just needed a good cleaning. He fixed me up in minutes and because I was a returning customer there was no charge. Thanks ocean you guys are great ??

My phone screen was coming off the phone and heating up after a screen repair was done at this location. I brought it back to get it fixed again the next day, and the manager and employee were both rude and condescending. I was shocked! I will be sending my phone back to the manufacturer for a proper repair since the screen is still moving a bit.

Customer service at the location was great. Ocean is very knowledgeable and was able to help me out alot! I wish more people were there so the wait wasn't so long. I was overall satisfied with the work done since it was a battery issue with my laptop but the repair took such a long and the ones who worked on my laptop lost my stylus and no one has responded back about what they're going to do about that. As a student who is dependent on their device and all parts, that was disappointing. It would've been a 5-star review if they didn't lose my stylus.

I arrived on Sunday during their business hours on door and website but they were closed. I returned on Monday w my iPad, and they informed me the iPad can’t be fixed. They said they’ll submit the paperwork for total replacement. After a week of not hearing anything I called Asurion. Asurion called uBreak and inquired about my iPad. They told them they had thought about trying to fix over the last week and have decided it’s not fixable. Asurion told me that I should be expecting an email in the next 24 hours. I kept checking my email and after a week I called asurion back to see what’s going on. They had to call uBreak again and inquire about my iPad. This time they said it’s ready for pickup? So after being told once in person and once over the phone it wasn’t fixable, they fixed it! It looks and works great, just a lot of tail chasing, but after what was almost 3 weeks I’ve got a fixed iPad.

Good work done to my phone. Respectful staff. Only sort of issue did not have the part in stock after I was told they did. But a worker came from another store with the part. So they worked the problem and did a good job on the repair. Would use again.

My Samsung phone was totally messed up. Pop ups kept popping up from nowhere. Went to uBreakiFix in mokena to see if they could fix my problem. They sure did! Conor the manger really knew his stuff. I highly recommend this establishment.

Brought in a laptop to have the key board replaced. They gave it back to me and it wouldn't turn on. Took it to a friend of mine who is expert on computers and he opened it up and informed me that the motherboard was completely fried. When we called back, the manager was extremely unprofessional. Using swear words and being extremely disrespectful and talking to us like children. He told us to “pull up” insinuating he was going to fight us. Do not give them your service.

We set up an appointment online between 6-7pm tonight. After setting this up, we received a confirmation text message to arrive between 6-7 pm. We drove 20 minutes to said appointment, arrived to the store at 6:30pm only to find the door was locked and no one there! We knocked on the door several times, called the number on the door and also the one online which routed us to the same number and it just rang and rang and then disconnected. Sign on door said they were open until 7pm. We waited for 10-15 minutes and still nothing. Initially I thought maybe something happened to the person working there but then I realized whoever was working prob just left early. The tv's were on in the front of the store and it appeared one light was on but no idea where anyone was. I was pretty upset considering I drove 20 mins to get there only to turn around and drive back home. I just think it's pretty crappy cs to not even bother to notify an appt that they were leaving early or to not even have an answering machine or anything take calls. They won't be getting my business.

brought my iPhone 12 for a screen replacement after I broke my screen. They replaced it with an aftermarket screen, after a month of use my screen started glitching and freezing to the point my phone was unusable. Didn’t have a working phone for 2 weeks because of part availability. Once parts arrived got my screen replaced again, under warranty. It’s been another month since having this issue and the new replacement screen has the same issues as the previous one I had. On top of all this, they also scratched the sides of my phone to bare aluminum in repairs. communication with customer is also poor, they never let you know when parts are available or your device is ready for pickup.

brought my iphone 12 in for a screen replacement, got the screen replaced with a terrible quality aftermarket screen. Worked fine for about a month. The screen started lagging, freezing, and glitching to the point my phone was unusable. They didn't have parts for about two weeks and even when they came in the communication between them and me was non existent. Got the replacement screen replaced again for a second time, under warranty. Its been about 2 1/2- 3 weeks since it was replaced again and I've been having the same issue. This time the screen completely killed my phone and its unusable now. After repairs, my phone had a lot of deep gauges and scratches all around the edges. The communication between asurion and the customer (me) was literally non existent. (No calls/emails about when my phone was ready or when replacement parts were available again). I highly don't recommend getting your tech fixed at this repair service.
