It's one of the best stores and clean as well and the cashier is friendly and helpful to any of your needs you may have..very nice place kept very clean... Nice employees considering when some places are horrible and not so nice to costumers.. thank you for that.. and they listen well if you can find something they will help you find or at least take the time to remember or not if they carry it on there shelves

I'm not from town, so I don't know how Illinois rolls. But I'm not sure I've ever seen an employee yell at a customer when the employee messes up what the customer was wanting.The employee turned a little misunderstanding into a huge scene. Props to the man in front of me for standing up for himself. He kindly asked her not to raise her voice and take out her bad day on him.My service was fine however. The bathroom was surprisingly clean for a 7-11

Tired of running drinks back to the cooler that don't match advertised price. Fix it in the system or start paying customers to restock.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. The store was in good clean condition. Signs were posted as to where things that had been moved could be found. Smooth flowing transaction.

This place is not 24 hours it was closed shortly after 10:00 pm there are many other places go there and let this place close permanently . Try the Shell station. At least they are open. What is so funny the owner gives this bogus link to give feedback which does not work what a joke what a waste of time do go there just go somewhere else. the 7 11’s in the Quad Cities are dirty run down dumps guessing a slumlord owns these places you can tell no money is put into these to attempt to make them better

Some employees are nice and some are rude and disrespectful. Noticed that employees don’t work well together. Very frustrating that there machines don’t work and ATM is outa order, and playing only cash unexpectedly is the worst! FIX THE MACHINES
