I had my car dropped off here to get the alternator changed. With the parts I was quoted about 250, without them I was quoted about 800…Needless to say I bought the parts for about 300 bucks and they changed it so I paid about 550 instead of 800 almost a steal! They seemed nice and all but they left a few things out. For example, that fact that they emptied all of my coolant out (probably from having to take that part off during the service) or OH the biggest oopsie of them all… disconnecting My FREAKING CHARGE PIPE!!!!! Im not mechanic but My car is turbo charged and the charge pipe connects my turbo to the ENGINE and helps with air flow or something like that. On the COLDEST SNOWIEST days of 2025s winter my car completely stopped running out of nowhere. I had to Uber which is about 20 to 30 bucks for 1 trip to or from my job. I had to use paid time or call off all that good stuff. It’s frustrating because when I took my car from the shop it ran okay. The light came on telling my I needed more Coolant I brushed that off (Like didn’t call the shop or check anything else) and refilled it then a little bit later my car stops all together causing me to have to ONCE AGAIN uber to and from work since my only source was down. I had to pay ANOTHER 200 to a shop to run a diagnostic and shouldn’t have had to do that because the least you could do is put things back where they were. Luckily that other shop connected the pipe. Overall I gave them 2 stars because they DID change my alternator and had pretty decent service outside of all that. Really disappointed since my coworker recommended these guys and I was excited to go to a shop my coworker claimed did really good work and lost another 200 dollars because of it.

No communication. They had my car for 3 work days. Not sure what was going on there because I have taken my other cars there in the past & had great service. So with that being said I took it to Canfields Tuesday evening & it was fixed Weds by 9:15 am.
The part A&A swore they were having issues getting Canfields got the same afternoon I dropped it off.
Enginemounts for a 2014 Ford Focus are not hard to find.

This is the best shop! they are honest, have great prices and communicate great about the repair or length of time it takes to get fixed. I definitely recommend this shop

They are fast, friendly, and a great value for the money. Every time I have taken the car in, they fix it while I visit the great restaurants conveniently located right across the street. The final cost always comes in at or below what I have been quoted - no surprises here.

Don't do it. They had my truck for a week to replace a shifter cable and kept telling me they couldn't find one, I made one phone call to the dealership they told me I could have one the next day. On top of that they can't even call you to let you know what's going on. Had it towed again to a real repair shop. They lost are business

I am very pleased with the brake work A&A did on my 2010 Jeep Wrangler. They called my with total price & when I picked up Jeep, I was very happy. Very professional & got my oil changed..One stop excellent service!
