Everytime I go the place is well staffed, the guys and girls are super helpful & knowledgeable (most worked in automotive elsewhere). Whether turning in my used oil or buying for my next oil change, they help me have a smooth experience.

Rude unknowledgeable staff member working the parts counter. I kindly asked the salesperson where I could find door rod clips, but the look he gave me stated that it was far above his mechanical expertise. He proceeded to show me body fender clips and stated that those two racks had all the clips in the store. I showed him the exact part from advance auto website on my phone, and then he said that were more clips in a different area.Finally after looking for the part number it was out of stock.Sad customer service and total overall experience.
