I went in on Wednesday to switch to a post paid plan and or upgrade my phone. The staff informed me if I switched to post paid I'd have to change my telephone number. Odd but whatever, I then opted to just buy a phone out right and just switch my sim over. The sales person refused to let me buy a phone out right. When I asked why I couldn't buy a phone she said my account wasn't eligible for upgrade and she would not let me buy a phone.
So I went to Verizon, got the phone I wanted and was able to keep my old phone number. While speaking to AT&T to switch my number they informed me everything the sales person had said was incorrect.

Towards the company in general, not this location. Complete garbage. Keep raising rates each month. It's like they forgot other companies exist. Going to Trump Mobile for 47.45 a month. Even with my union discount still $100/month and not even the best service outside major cities. Not worth it. Oh, and they should AUTOMATICALLY UNLOCK YOUR PHONE AFTER IT IS PAID OFF. NONE OF THIS UNLOCK REQUESTS.

The Moline, Illinois AT&T store provides excellent customer service and the staff are knowledgeable, professional, friendly and efficient!

Rude customer service horrible walk in store ask.for help cancel a line say you can do online don't offer any help one star becuase zero is not available nobody was a store they dont even busy

Wow, just wow. A total freakin joke this store is. I’m trying to cancel my plan and customer service to me to go into any AT&T store and reset/change my pin, easy right? Ha no. I go into this store and the associate had to call his boss. Then his boss tells him to tell me on a three way call that I have to drive to Davenport!! To the corporate office! To reset my pin so I can then call customer service to cancel my plan. For the record I’m VERY MASSIVELY pregnant and Davenport is a hour and half drive from where I live. Do better AT&T.
