The website said the part that I needed was in stock. Of course, I get there, and it is in fact, not in stock, but the most expensive one you can buy is. How convenient...NOT! Plus, the employee/assclown that "helped" me was a complete jerk and rude for no reason..

Terrible, rude service. The "manager" was clearly too stoned to know what was going on. Wont be going back here. In fact just go across the street to Advance Auto Parts. Much better service.

I went in there to warranty out a front pinion seal. I don’t live near this store, but this is the only store that had them. Andrew was very rude to me, but also helpful to somebody else in there that was returning batteries and when I voiced my frustration about having to drive all the way back up when in the past, I have been given the part upfront and Was able to bring the other part back later he looked at me as if I was an issued and asked what’s the problem you have to come back up that was the worst statement to say to somebody that’s explaining their frustrations very piss. Poor customer service I am not thrilled that will never come to the store again.

had a flat tire after running over something in the road. sonja was awesome!! she helped me find a plug kit and an air pump to get me safely to an auto shop!! super relieved that i had someone so helpful on my side!!

I find the store well kept after and a large variety of different tools and needs for your car but the thing that sticks to me the most is the employee communication. When I asked a employee walking around for a certain tool he said “No” and walked off into the back room not to come out, later finding the tool but I wish the employees here had better communication…

email offers from autozone. they sent to me $20 dollars coupon because I have rewards points and tried to use the 20 dollar coupon the supervisor from autozone did not honor it because I need to read the small writing .thats a FAKE ADVERTISEMENTS .

With the recent deep freeze (-15°F and terrible roads for days), I was having quite a bit of car trouble.On the spot, they were able to assess the situation, to find exactly what I had in mind, to make alternate suggestions (as backup plans), and gave me some caution for the future (of what was likely to happen). They are professional and personable - and incredibly helpful!
