When I picked up my car I was supposed to have a full size suv with 3rd row to fit my family and our luggage. We were given the clown cars of suvs if you can even call it that. I went back and asked for a different car as that was not at all big enough for my family nor would it fit us all in it. We were then given a minivan which worked for us. I noticed I had a $160 charge 2 weeks goes by and still there. I called to the customer service line to find out the person at the front desk added on insurance without my permission! I booked without insurance online and told him NO I’m persona hen he asked if I wanted to add it! Then customer service says I have to work with the place I pick it up from and they cannot refund me. When I try and call the Avis desk at the airport NO ONE ANSWERS!! Stole $160 from me and causing the biggest headache! I had a great experience with Avis in Arkansas and this has made me never want to rent a car again! Give me back my money you stole!

I booked the rent, but when I came to the airport, they said, that cars are not available. Thats stupid, because they are not oriented for clients as a result, I had to change my week off . Never gonna use this car rental..

I booked a car for three days and spent two hours traveling to the pickup location, only to be told at the front desk that no cars were available. Total spent 4 hours for trip and 80$ for gas for my truck.

Doesn’t honor online stats saying they accept debit cards policy needs to be changed so it’s not misleading to people.

Sarah is a car whisperer. She set me up with a Chrysler 300S that made my heart sing. I didn't think I needed such a great car until I merged onto I-74 each night and revved it to 60mph in a few short seconds. All my troubles melted away, every time.
